Visaka Industries has informed that further to letter ref. VILSTEX/FY2027/21 dated July 27, 2026, intimating that the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 shall be considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled on Thursday, August 06, 2026. At the said Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27, if any. Further, as communicated vide aforementioned letter, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 01, 2026 to August 08, 2026.
