Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Clean Science and Technology has informed that the Company has entered into a strategic long-term supply arrangement with Kemin Industries for the supply of key ingredients to support its food and feed industry. Under this partnership, the Company will serve as a substantial primary supplier for an initial term of five years. The collaboration is in line with the Company’s business strategy and is expected to support strategic partnership.
