Bajaj Holdings & Investment has informed that the 81st Annual General Meeting of the Members of Bajaj Holdings and Investment (‘the Company’) was held on 31 July 2026 at 4:00 pm through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). The meeting was held in compliance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) in this regard- Shekhar Bajaj, Chairman of the Company, chaired the meeting; 177 members attended the meeting through VC/OAVM. The requisite quorum being present, the Chairman called the meeting to order. The Chairman informed the Members that the Company had provided the facility of two- way video conferencing of the proceedings of this e-AGM which could be viewed live by the Members by logging on the website of the Registrar, KFin Technologies.
