Arun Dash of Dash Dwivedi and Associates LLP, Company Secretaries was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting process and e-voting at the AGM. All the resolutions as set out in the notice of the AGM have been duly approved by the shareholders with requisite majority. In this regard, enclosed the following: Voting results as required under Regulation 44 of Listing Regulations; Report of the Scrutinizer dated 1st August, 2026, pursuant to Section 108 of the Act and Rule 20(4)(xii) of Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014.
