Century Plyboards (India) has informed that Ratan Rajkhowa, Senior President (Head, Productivity & Administration) and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the said post due to personal reasons. It is further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above. The Company has accepted his resignation and his last working day with the Company was 31st July, 2026. A copy of his resignation is also enclosed herewith. Other details as required in terms of SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 read with SEBI Master Circular dated 11th July, 2023 (last updated on 30th January, 2026) are given in Annexure to this letter.
