ITI has informed that Government of India vide Ministry of Communications Order No. E-14-1/2021-PSA dated 30th July 2026, appointed Ajai Kumar Srivastava (DIN: 11865448) as Director Production on the Board of the Company with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.03.2029 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Since the Director Identification Number (DIN) was allotted to the above said Director Production only on 31st July 2026, the said appointment is effective from 31st July 2026 onwards. The disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A.
