All the resolutions set out in the notice calling AGM were passed with requisite majority and are deemed to be passed on the date of AGM i.e. August 01, 2026. Further, Voting Results as per the format prescribed in Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations and Scrutinizer's Report will be provided separately.
