Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from July 1, 2026, and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results, up to August 12, 2026.
