Further to letter dated July 27, 2026, and in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), UPL has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, Monday, August 3, 2026, considered and approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The aforesaid financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee before approval by the Board. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, it has enclosed unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with limited review reports issued by BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 01:30 PM and is in progress. The results were taken on record by the Board at 03:00 PM.
