Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Master Circular(s), Sumeru Industries has informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on today, 3rd August, 2026, has approved the adoption of a new corporate logo of the Company. The change in the corporate logo is solely a branding exercise and shall not affect the legal status, name, constitution, business operations, rights of shareholders, customers, employees, or any existing obligations of the Company. The new corporate logo will be implemented across the Company's website, investor communications, statutory documents, publications, digital platforms and other branding materials in a phased manner with effect from 3rd August, 2026.
