Novus Loyalty has entered into a Master Services Agreement with Hero Housing Finance (HHFL) to act as the Loyalty Technology and Program Design Partner for HHFL. Under the agreement, Novus Loyalty will design, configure, implement, integrate and enable a comprehensive connector loyalty and rewards ecosystem--including loyalty strategy and program design, loyalty platform deployment, points accrual engine, referral program, contest and milestone management, gamification, rewards marketplace, engagement and nudge engine, leaderboards, administration portal, and MIS & analytics--to drive connector activation, engagement, lead generation, disbursement growth, referrals and retention for HHFL. The agreement is valid for a period of 3 years.
Novus Loyalty operates as a provider of comprehensive loyalty solutions, specializing in customer engagement through reward programs, vouchers, gift cards and loyalty point management.
