Just In: RBI holds repo rate at 5.25%; maintains ‘neutral' stance

The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) has held its benchmark repo rate at 5.25?per?cent and maintained policy stance at 'neutral' amid global uncertainty. This is the fifth straight instance of the central bank having left rates unchanged. Accordingly, MSF and SDF rates maintained at 5.50% and 5.00%, respectively.
