The Certificate of Incorporation has been received on August 4, 2026. WH Clean Fuels has been incorporated for the purpose of Green Hydrogen and Green Amonia and related specific business projects and activities.
Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of solar photo-voltaic modules, setting up of projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
