Amrutanjan Health Care has commissioned its new Greenfield Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing Facility at Seetharampur Village, Shabad Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana, around 45 km from Hyderabad. Commissioned recently, the Rs 150 crore investment marks a major step in the company's manufacturing journey and strengthens its commitment to delivering high-quality feminine hygiene products under the Comfy brand.
Spread across 10 acres with a 1.4 lakh sq. ft. built-up area, the facility is the company’s fifth manufacturing plant and has been strategically located to leverage Hyderabad's strong industrial ecosystem, excellent road connectivity, skilled workforce and efficient access to key markets across India. The project also contributes to the economic development of the surrounding rural communities by creating sustainable employment opportunities.
Designed as a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, the plant features two fully automated high-speed production lines from Japan, (it can increase the capacity on need based) among India's fastest sanitary napkin manufacturing facilities. With a planned annual production capacity of 700 million sanitary napkins, the plant combines advanced automation, precision manufacturing and robust quality systems to ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence.
