Vintage Securities has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 10th August, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30 th June, 2026. Further, in Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and in compliance with the Company’s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which were closed for all Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st July, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30 th June, 2026, up to 12th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, and shall re-open on 13th August, 2026.
