Bikaji Foods International has received approval for incorporation of a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary by name ‘Bikaji Foods International UAE’ in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The proposed company shall be incorporated to strengthen and optimize its international supply chain operations, particularly in the Middle East region, which constitutes a significant market for the company's products. The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on August 05, 2026, have, inter-alia, considered and approved the same.
