Paradeep Phosphates has received Board of Directors’ approval for incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary company in the name of ‘Fertilizer Innovation Foundation-India’. The subsidiary is being incorporated as a not-for-profit institution to promote research, innovation, technology development, knowledge sharing and capacity building in the fertilizer and agriculture sector, including collaboration with national and international institutions.
The proposed entity will support sustainable agricultural practices, improve fertilizer use efficiency and strengthen innovation in the sector. The incorporation aligns with the company's long-term sustainability and strategic objectives.
Paradeep Phosphates is primarily engaged in manufacturing, distribution, trading and sales of a variety of complex fertilizers such as DAP, several grades of NPK, Zypmite and its by-product, Phospho-gypsum and HFSA.
