Further, as informed vide its letter dated 26th June, 2026, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from July 1, 2026 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results, i.e., up to August 15, 2026.
