Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NDA Securities has informed that Isha Rastogi (DIN: 11647752), Independent Director of the Company, has tendered her resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from August 06, 2026. The resignation has been submitted due to some personal and unavoidable circumstances. The Company has received confirmation from Isha Rastogi that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those stated above. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure A. The resignation letter received from Isha Rastogi is also enclosed.
