Jagsonpal Services has informed that pursuant to the applicable provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of Jagsonpal Services (Formerly known as Jagsonpal Finance and Leasing?Limited) is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th August, 2025 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026; and other matters with permission of the Chair. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by its designated persons and their dependent(s) has already been closed from 1st July, 2026 and it shall remain closed till 16th August, 2026.
