Rites, Juniper Green Energy and NTPC Green Energy to see some action today

Rites has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL), a Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, to provide consultancy services for the development of railway siding infrastructure across HPCL’s facilities. Under the MoU, Rites will provide end-to-end consultancy services from concept to commissioning for railway siding projects, including feasibility studies, final location surveys, detailed project reports (DPRs), detailed engineering, project management consultancy, construction supervision, and coordination with Indian Railways for statutory approvals.

Juniper Green Energy has emerged as the winning bidder for 230 MW under the e-Reverse auction conducted by the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for its 1000 MW FDRE Round-the-Clock (RTC) Renewable Energy tender. The company secured the capacity at a tariff of Rs 5.26 per unit. The project further strengthens Juniper Green Energy's growing portfolio of FDRE and Round-the-Clock projects, reinforcing the company's ability to deliver reliable renewable power through integrated solar, wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions. The project will be backed by a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SECI, with the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date (SCOD) set at 24 months from the PPA Effective Date.

NTPC Green Energy (NGEL) has emerged as a successful bidder in the e-reverse auction conducted by the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company (WBSEDCL) for the development of Standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in the state of West Bengal. The tender aimed at setting up of 500 MW/ 2000 MWh of standalone BESS capacity through a Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process. 

Excelsoft Technologies has received approval for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in Canada, subject to obtaining the requisite approvals and completion of applicable statutory and regulatory formalities. The proposed principal business activities of the subsidiary will include development, licensing, marketing, sale, implementation and support of software products and digital technology platforms, including learning, assessment, proctoring, artificial intelligence and analytics solutions, along with related IT consulting, system integration, managed services and customer support activities.

Fujiyama Power Systems has commissioned its 2 GW power electronics manufacturing facility at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The Ratlam facility is a key part of Fujiyama's large scale greenfield manufacturing expansion project aimed at strengthening the company's integrated manufacturing capabilities across the rooftop solar value chain. Following the commissioning of the 2 GW solar panel manufacturing facility in May, the successful commissioning of the power electronics manufacturing line marks another important milestone in the development of the integrated manufacturing complex at Ratlam.

Raymond Realty has received approval for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) by name Ten X Mahalaxmi (TXML), with an initial paid-up capital investment of Rs 1,00,000. The company is proposed to incorporate a WOS with the object to undertake real estate business. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on August 07, 2026 have approved the same.

Waaree Energies’ step-down subsidiary -- Waaree Smart Meters has acquired 24.21% of the equity share capital of Eppeltone Engineers pursuant to an off-market transaction on August 07, 2026. Eppeltone Engineers established in the year 1977, specializes in manufacturing electronic energy meters, including smart meters, alongside various power conditioning devices. Cost of acquisition is approximately Rs 21.78 crore.
