NBCC (India) has successfully sold commercial built-up space of around 2.34 lac square feet area at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, through an e-auction at total sale value of around Rs 1,236 crore. The company will get marketing fee at 1% of sale value.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
