Hardcastle & Waud Manufacturing Company has executed agreements for the sale of the company’s immovable property, along with the car parking space, located in Kolkata, for a consideration of Rs 1.14 crore.
Earlier, the company had received the Board of Directors’ approval for the sale of its above-mentioned immovable property.
