Jupiter Wagons bags orders worth Rs 211.27 crore

Jupiter Wagons has secured two significant orders from JSW Port Logistics and Orissa Alloy Steel (OASPL), reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in India's evolving freight logistics sector while strengthening its presence across the private wagon ownership and leasing ecosystem. Jupiter Wagons has signed a Rs 147.11 crore Letter of Intent (LoI) with JSW Port Logistics for the manufacture and supply of 7 BOSM rakes comprising 329 BOSM wagons. This is Jupiter Wagons' second order from the JSW Group in just six weeks a clear signal of the confidence one of India's largest industrial conglomerates continues to place in the Company's execution capability, following its earlier Rs 122.88 crore order from JSW (South) Rail Logistics in June 2026. With this latest win, Jupiter Wagons' cumulative order intake from the JSW Group alone now stands at around Rs 270 crore in under two months.

In a separate development, Orissa Alloy Steel (OASPL) has placed a purchase order on Jupiter Wagons for the manufacture and supply of 150 wagons, under the LSFTO Scheme. The order is valued at Rs 64.16 crore.

Together, the two orders have a combined value of about Rs 211.27 crore (incl GST) and further strengthen Jupiter Wagons' order book while underscoring the growing demand for modern freight transportation solutions across industrial and logistics sectors.

Jupiter Wagons is engaged in the business of manufacturing vehicle bodies for the commercial vehicles industry for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) engaged in the production of Fully Built Vehicles (FBVs).
