In continuation of earlier intimation dated 10 August 2026 regarding the notice of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026, Ekam Leasing And Finance Co has informed that the Company has issued a Corrigendum to the aforesaid Board Meeting intimation filed with BSE, owing to a typographical error in which the year ‘2025’ was inadvertently mentioned instead of ‘2026’. 1) Details of Corrigendum Subject: Corrigendum to Board Meeting Intimation for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. 2) General Body: Ekam Leasing & Finance Company has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 14th August, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 & other business matters. 3) Further Information: There is no change in the date, time, or venue of the Board Meeting.
