Foods & Inns has received approval for incorporation of a subsidiary with the name & style of M/s F-HAD. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 11, 2026, have approved the same. The proposed subsidiary will carry on the business related to branding and marketing of food products range, in particular fruits and vegetable.
The company will be paying cash consideration to the proposed subsidiary towards subscription of 51% shareholding. The incorporation of the proposed subsidiary will be completed subject to receipt of approvals of the statutory/regulatory authorities as may be applicable.
