Justo Realfintech has added four residential and commercial real estate mandates to its Pune portfolio, an aggregate project value of around Rs 689 crore, deepening its presence in one of its most established markets. The additions include Truespace Wakad by Atharva Developments, valued at around Rs 120 crore, and Royal Realty’s new launch in Rahatani, valued at around Rs 142 crore. It has also added Puneville by Pharande Spaces in Punawale, comprising residential and commercial inventory with a combined project value of around Rs 210 crore, along with L Axis by Pharande Promoters and Builders in Moshi, valued at around Rs 217 crore.
Significantly, Royal Realty, Puneville and L Axis represent repeat developer relationships for the company, reflecting the strength and continuity of partnerships built through sustained execution and delivery. The new mandates further consolidate its presence across Wakad, Rahatani, Punawale and Moshi, strengthening its footprint across Pune’s established and emerging growth corridors.
