TCI Express has informed that the Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of Company in its meeting held on today, dated August 12, 2026 has allotted 25,175 (Twenty-Five Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five) Equity Shares as fully paid-up under ESOP-2016 Scheme (Tranche 3 of Part-VII and Tranche 1 of Part - IX), to the eligible employees of the Company, upon exercise of vested options. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. The above Equity Shares shall be in compliance of ESOP-2016, scheme of the Company. Further, consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has been increased from 38,418,990 to 38,444,165 equity shares of face value of ? 2.00 each.
