Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) and applicable SEBI Circulars, Boston Commerce has informed that Kunjan Nathabhai Rathod (DIN: 10964701) has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on 12th August, 2026, due to his pre-occupation and other personal commitments. The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the applicable SEBI Circulars are enclosed as Annexure I. A copy of the resignation letter received from Kunjan Nathabhai Rathod is also enclosed. The Company places on record its appreciation for the contribution made by Kunjan Nathabhai Rathod during his tenure with the Company.
