Poonawalla Fincorp has received approval for the issuance of secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each for an amount aggregating up to Rs 750 crore in dematerialized form, through private placement. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE. The Finance Committee, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the company on August 12, 2026 has approved the same.

Poonawalla Fincorp (Formerly known as Magma Fincorp) is a non-deposit taking systemically important non-banking finance Company (ND-SI-NBFC), registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
