It builds on the company's existing work with leading global hyperscalers and further strengthens the data centre industry as a key growth engine for Black Box.
Raj Rayon Industries’ Board of Directors has approved its Phase II expansion programme, reinforcing the Company's long-term strategy of building a diversified portfolio of value-added, specialty and sustainable polyester products. The Phase II expansion involves an investment of Rs 650 crore for the installation of 300 TPD additional polyester yarn capacity along with 50 TPD recycled polyester yarn capacity at the company's existing integrated manufacturing facility at Silvassa. The expansion will be Commissioned in CY2028.

BIL Healthtech has subscribed to 22,747 equity shares out of the total 32,500 subscribed equity shares, representing 69.99% of the subscribed equity share capital of Avio Healthcare Corporation. Accordingly, Avio Healthcare Corporation has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
Jio Financial Services (JFSL) and Bank of America Corporation (BofA) have signed a definitive agreement whereby BofA will acquire up to a total of 49.9% interest as a joint venture partner in JFSL’s wholly-owned NBFC (non-bank financial company) lending subsidiary, Jio Credit (JCL) through a preferential allotment of equity shares and warrants. The venture will combine JFSL’s digital reach and knowledge of the Indian market with BofA’s global financial services expertise. Both companies share the common vision of improving clients’ financial lives through state-of-the-art digital access, innovation, access to credit and strong risk management.
Waaree Forever Energies (WFEPL) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies and Solaris Horizon Energy (SHEPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of WFEPL, have entered into a Energy Supply Agreement (ESA) and Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement (SSHA) with Ultratech Cement (UCL). Pursuant to the SSHA, UCL shall subscribe to and hold 26% of the total paid-up equity share capital of SHEPL. Further pursuant to the ESA, the Parties have agreed to supply and offtake electricity generated from the Project undertaken by SHEPL.
