Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved the allotment of 43,050 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to eligible employees pursuant to the exercise of options under the employee stock option scheme. The Company will make an application for the final listing of the aforesaid shares on the NSE and BSE and will complete all related post-allotment formalities in due course.
