Ace Software Exports, Time Technoplast and Saatvik Green Energy to see some action today

Ace Software Exports has successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining 8,900 equity shares, representing 1.38% of the fully diluted equity share capital of Ace Infoworld, for a total consideration of Rs 8.02 lakh. As a result, Ace Infoworld has now become wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The acquisition is intended to consolidate the Company’s existing holding and acquire complete ownership and control of the entity. The acquisition is in line with the Company’s existing IT and software business.

Time Technoplast has received a prestigious order worth Rs 2.48 crore to supply a complete type IV Composite Cylinder Hydrogen (H2) Storage Cascade and Fuel Delivery System for NTPC’s pioneering hydrogen-powered locomotive (RAILWAY) pilot project. The order has been awarded through EPC partner Concorde Control Systems. This order marks a landmark moment for India's hydrogen mobility sector/ as it is closely aligned with the broader ‘Make in India’ push that has already delivered the country's first domestically developed hydrogen-powered train, a milestone that positioned India among a select group of nations engineering hydrogen rail technology indigenously.

Saatvik Green Energy’s material subsidiary -- Saatvik Solar Industries has received and accepted an order aggregating to Rs 132 crore from one renowned Independent Power producer/EPC Player for the supply of Solar PV Modules. 

Lloyds Engineering Works has entered into loan agreement with Tata Capital (Lender) for availing financial assistance amounting to Rs 200 crore towards the proposed acquisition of equity shares of Steel Infra Solutions Company (SISCOL).

Response Informatics has received approval for the acquisition of the remaining 33.3% equity share capital of Datalabs AI, comprising 3,330 equity shares of Rs 10 each, from the existing shareholder at Face Value for an aggregate consideration of Rs 33,300 thereby increasing the company’s shareholding from 66.70% to 100% and making Datalabs AI a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on August 13, 2026 has approved the same. 

Solex Energy has received a work order worth around Rs 42.47 crore (including taxes) from a domestic company engaged in the power/electricity sector. The order is for manufacture and supply of N-Type TOPCON 620Wp-Glass-to-Glass (G12R) solar PV modules. The order is to be executed by October 2026.

Max Healthcare Institute has reported 4.71% rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 322.49 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 307.97 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 16.60% at Rs 2,406.69 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 2,064.08 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
