Aurobindo Pharma has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary company by the name of ‘Auropharm Overseas’ in India, on August 13, 2026. The object of incorporation of this wholly owned subsidiary is to undertake manufacturing and marketing operations in India and foreign countries.
Aurobindo Pharma is engaged in manufacturing pharmaceutical products. It offers active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and generic formulations like astemizole, domeperidone and omeprazole; anti-infective, oral and sterile antibiotics, pain management and osteoporosis segments.
