Lemon Tree Hotels has signed Lemon Tree Premier, Visakhapatnam. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The signing expands the group’s footprint in Andhra Pradesh, where its portfolio now includes six operational hotels and seven upcoming properties. Lemon Tree Premier introduces an upscale offering to Visakhapatnam, complementing the group’s existing footprint in the city which includes the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Daba Gardens and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Gajuwaka. The Hotel will feature 110 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, fitness center, swimming pool and spa.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
