In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gland Pharma has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Deepak Sapra, as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, subject to his acceptance of the Offer made by the Company. Deepak Sapra will be joining the Company with effect from November 16, 2026. The details, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given in Annexure-A, which is enclosed.
