Mankind Pharma has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) under the name and style of ‘Mankind Pharma (Netherlands) B.V.’ on August 13, 2026 in the Netherlands. The said WOS has been incorporated to act as a Special Purpose Vehicle for holding investments in R&D assets and business development activities focused on treatment of niche therapies.
Mankind Pharma is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing a diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations across various acute and chronic therapeutic areas, as well as several consumer healthcare products.
