The said Financial Results were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14th August, 2026 and the newspaper advertisements have been published within 48 hours of the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The newspaper advertisements contain the requisite details regarding the availability of the complete Financial Results and the QR Code for accessing the same.
