Mastek has successfully completed the sale of commercial building with around built-up area of 1,57,233 sq. ft. on a leased land admeasuring 15.50 acres at Mahindra World City, SEZ, Chengalpattu, Chennai. The company has received the aggregate consideration of Rs 60 crore in two tranches in accordance with the terms of the said MoU dated April 24, 2026. The transaction was completed on August 17, 2026
Earlier, the company had entered into the MoU for the sale of the said commercial building situated on the leased land at Mahindra World City, SEZ, Chengalpattu, Chennai.
