Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), JMJ Fintech has informed that the Board of Directors of JMJ Fintech at its meeting held today, Tuesday, August 18, 2026, commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 2.00 PM, has considered and approved the following: Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 0.15 per Equity Share of face value of Rs 10 each for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM; Approved the Notice of the 43 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company along with the Board’s Report along with all its annexures and took note of the Secretarial Audit Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026; and etc.
