Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency has informed that Ministry of New and Renewable Energy vide its order dated August 18, 2026 has conveyed that the President of India has appointed Manoneet Dalal as Non-Official Director on the Board of the company, for a period of 3 years with effect from the date of notification of his appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company, by way of a resolution passed through circulation on August 18, 2026, has appointed Manoneet Dalal (DIN:10059661) as Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect frok August 18, 2026 or until further order, whichever is earlier. Further, as per declaration received from Manoneet Dalal (DIN:10059661), he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
