International Gemological Institute has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, Tuesday, August 18, 2026, has declared First Interim Dividend for the financial year 2026-27 of Rs 2.55 per equity share of Rs 2 each. As intimated vide our letter dated August 13, 2026, the record date for reckoning the list of shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the said interim dividend shall be Monday, August 24, 2026. The interim dividend will be paid to such shareholders on or before Thursday, September 17, 2026. The Board Meeting commenced at 2:35 pm (IST) and concluded at 2:45 pm (IST). The aforesaid information will also be made available on the Company's website at www.igi.org.
