Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, Kronox Lab Sciences has informed that, the company is in receipt of the public announcement dated August 20, 2026, in relation to an open offer to the public shareholders of the Company issued by IIFL Capital Services (formerly known as IIFL Securities), on behalf of Indo Borax & Chemicals (‘Acquirer’) along with Zenrock Chemicals (promoter of the Acquirer) in its capacity as a person acting in concert with the Acquirer, for the purpose of the Acquirer acquiring equity shares of the Company as per the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
