Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Colgate-Palmolive (India) has informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held earlier today, August 21, 2026, has, 1. Noted the resignation of Prabha Narasimhan (DIN: 08822860) as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective close of business on September 27, 2026 pursuant to her promotion as the Executive Vice President - Marketing, Asia-Pacific Division of Colgate-Palmolive. 2. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Anandani (DIN: 07257875) as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years effective September 28, 2026, in succession to Prabha Narasimhan. The said appointment shall be subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company and other statutory approvals as may be applicable. Details with respect to aforementioned change, as required under Regulation 30(6) read with SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A. A copy of the resignation letter received from Prabha Narasimhan is enclosed as Annexure B. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 8:00 am (IST) and concluded at 8:45 am (IST).
