With reference to email dated August 21, 2026 regarding clarification on price movement in the scrip of the Company, Valencia Nutrition has submitted that the Company has, from time to time, undertaken necessary disclosures of all events/material information having a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company, as and when applicable, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations). They further clarified that there is no pending or undisclosed price-sensitive information/announcement (including impending announcements) as of date, which in opinion, may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior of the Company's scrip. The movement in the share price of the Company is purely market-driven and determined by market factors. They continuously adhere to the compliances required under the Listing Regulations and other applicable laws and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of all reportable events and information under the law.
