IL&FS Investment Managers has informed that he Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e. August 21, 2026, took note of the resignation of KKC & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from August 13, 2026. Further, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has appointed C N K & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101961W / W-100036) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of KKC & Associates LLP, to hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting. The Board has also recommended the appointment of C N K & Associates LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 45th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure A.
