In furtherance to previous disclosure dated September 28, 2025 regarding the update on Scheme of Amalgamation of Silverleaf Capital Services (Transferor Company) with Share India Securities (Transferee Company) (Scheme) and pursuant to Regulations 30, 51 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (Listing Regulations), read with the applicable SEBI Master Circulars issued thereunder, Share India Securities has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench - I (Hon’ble NCLT), has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Silverleaf Capital Services with Share India Securities and their respective Shareholders and Creditors vide order dated August 20, 2026. The copy of the said order shall be filed with the Registrar of Companies within stipulated timeframe subsequent to which the Transferor Company shall stand amalgamated. The said Order, pronounced by the Hon’ble NCLT on August 20, 2026, has been made available on the website of the Hon’ble NCLT viz. https://nclt.gov.in/ at 04:16 pm on the same day. A copy of the said Order is also available on the Company’s website at www.shareindia.com and is enclosed for reference. The certified copy of the said Order is awaited.
