Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, the Company has fixed Wednesday, September 09, 2026 as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to vote on the resolutions proposed to be transacted at the ensuing 27th AGM; and etc.
