The said WOS has been incorporated to carry on the business related to act as an asset-holding and project development company engaged in the identification, acquisition, development, ownership, operation, and management of energy and infrastructure projects, either directly or through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), subsidiaries, joint ventures, or any other appropriate structure; to participate, bid for, and implement Government and Private sector projects under Build-Own Operate, Build-Own-Operate-Transfer, or any other public-private partnership.
