In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has informed that the Company is undertaking capacity expansion initiatives at Raichak, Timber Pond facility -Shalimar and Damodar facility – Khidderpore Docks to strengthen its indigenous shipbuilding capabilities, support future growth and enhance the ability to execute larger and more complex projects with capital expenditure cost of ?2500 crore, ?100 crore and ?70 crore, respectively, aggregating to ?2670 crore. 2.
